Blue Gingham Skirt

This is 100% one of my favs. It has pockets, built in shorts and an elastic wasitband. The model is 5'3 wearing the size small. You don't have to worry about this skirt being fitted/ it is super stretchy and can be tied/ loosen  to your liking.
