Return Policy – Elizabeth Lane Boutique

We appreciate your business and hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.

Return Request Window

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for return.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

-Unworn, unwashed, and unused

-In original condition with all tags attached

-Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or pet hair

-Accompanied by proof of purchase

Elizabeth Lane Boutique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


Store Credit Policy

Elizabeth Lane Boutique offers store credit only for approved returns. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in one of the following forms:

  • Credit applied to your customer account within the ELB app, or

  • A digital gift card sent via email

Store credit does not expire.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we may promptly resolve the issue.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Swimsuits

  • Hats

  • Jewelry

  • Hair accessories

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different size or item is to request a return for store credit and place a new order.
